Bank Ground Farm

A farm on the east side of Coniston Water which was the setting for 'Holly Howe' in the book and film 'Swallows and Amazons'. The farm has a tearoom and restaurant, farm shop, hires out boats, kayaks and bikes, and offers self-catering and guesthouse accomodation.

Note that the tearoom is sometimes privately booked - dates are listed on their website.
